Strategic Plan Input - 2025-2028

As Morton College celebrates its centennial as an institution of higher education, the entire college community is turning its attention to what is possible for an even brighter future ahead. An important part of the process in preparing Morton College to thrive is developing a new strategic plan that will establish institutional priorities for the next few years and beyond, while providing a blueprint to guide the college forward. 

A key aspect of effective planning is stakeholder input and crafting a shared vision. Five overarching goals were created as a framework for the 2025-2028 strategic plan. We are seeking your input to help develop the major objectives that will coalesce around these five goals. Metrics will then be assigned to each objective to track the college’s performance in meeting its strategic goals.
